"TesowuyZaklad" is the owner of its customers' data: the venue decides why it collects your contact details and is responsible for them. The ZAKLIO platform that powers this site processes data on the venue's behalf — only to make the service work (accept and deliver your order) — and never uses it for its own purposes.

What data is collected

Name, phone number, delivery address (if you choose delivery), and your order contents and history. If you log in with Telegram — your Telegram account, to show order status in chat and recognize you on your next visit.

Why

To accept, prepare and deliver your order, contact you about it, and show its status.

How long it's kept

For as long as you're a customer of the venue. To delete your data or learn more, contact the venue directly.

Who else it's shared with

No one, other than the venue itself and the ZAKLIO technical platform that runs the site and bot. Data is never sold or used for third-party marketing.
