Public offer agreement
1. General provisions
The online store demo.zaklio.com.ua (the “Seller”) publishes this agreement, which constitutes a public offer agreement (the “Agreement”) for the distance sale of the goods presented on the Seller's website, addressed to both individuals and legal entities (the “Buyer”).
Pursuant to Articles 633, 641 and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Rules for the sale of goods to order and outside trading or office premises (approved by Order No. 103 of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine dated 19.04.2007), this document is an offer, and the Buyer placing an order (via the website, bot or by phone) constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of its terms.
2. Subject of the agreement
The Seller undertakes to deliver the dishes and goods presented in the menu of “TesowuyZaklad”, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them under the terms of this Agreement.
3. Placing an order
The Buyer places the order independently, specifying the fulfilment method, time, contact phone number and (for delivery) the address. The Seller may contact the Buyer to clarify order details. The order is deemed accepted once confirmed by the Seller.
4. Price and payment
Prices are shown on the website in hryvnia and include all taxes. The Seller may change prices before an order is placed. Available payment methods:

Online card payments are processed by a payment service provider (LiqPay or Monobank Acquiring). Card details are entered on the provider's own secure page and are never passed to or stored by the Seller or the technical platform.

6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel an order by contacting the venue at the phone number listed in the contacts, before preparation has started. Refunds are handled by the venue on a case-by-case basis.
Food products of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994). If an order was fulfilled incorrectly (wrong items, inadequate quality), contact the venue at the listed phone number and the matter will be resolved individually.
7. Liability
The Seller is not liable for improper fulfilment of an order if the Buyer provided incomplete or incorrect details (address, phone, time). The parties are released from liability in cases of force majeure. The Seller may decline an order if it cannot be fulfilled.
